PESTO SPREAD OR BALL
8 oz. Cream Cheese (regular or light), softened
1/3 cup Mayonnaise
3 Tbs. PESTO AND PASTABILITIES
Combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least three hours. Serve as a spread or roll into a ball and cover with chopped pecans, walnuts, or toasted pine nuts. Serve with crackers, melba rounds, bagels, pita chips, etc.
PESTO DIP
1 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Cup Sour Cream
3 Tbs. PESTO AND PASTABILITIES
Mix together and refrigerate three hours or longer. Great with vegetables, crackers or on baked potatoes.
FOR PESTO SAUCE
Thin cream cheese mixture with a little milk and heat gently. Pour over favorite pasta.
